Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department of the Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of various goods and services for the financial year 2025-26. The tender covers multiple lots, including office stationery, printing and publication services, computer stationery, hardware, and IT equipment such as high-end servers, network switches, and laptops. Additionally, the procurement includes plant and machinery items and other general store supplies. This process follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR and PRA) and maintain an active filer status. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security of the estimated amount along with their technical and financial proposals. Detailed specifications for all items, ranging from basic office supplies to complex enterprise hardware, are provided in the bidding documents. All electronic submissions must be completed via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
