Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from original manufacturers and active tax-paying suppliers for the procurement of stationery items for the financial year 2025-26. This tender follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. The scope of supply includes a variety of essential office and court stationery items, such as high-quality paper rims, writing instruments, and filing materials. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales and Income Tax Departments of the FBR and maintain an active filer status. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted value in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order is required with the submission. Bidders must also provide an income tax clearance certificate for the year 2024-25 and an affidavit confirming the provision of genuine, original items. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Senior Civil Judge's office by 25 May 2026, with technical and financial evaluation to follow according to the established procurement rules.
