Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various goods and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is organized into six distinct lots: Stationery (Lot 1), Hardware (Lot 2), I.T Equipment (Lot 3), Plant & Machinery (Lot 4), Furniture & Fixture (Lot 5), and Transport involving a motor bike (Lot 6). Procurement methods vary by lot, utilizing both Single Stage Single Envelope and Single Stage Two Envelope procedures via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR, KPRA) and must provide a 2% bid security of the total quoted value. The scope of work includes the supply of brand-new, defect-free items ranging from office supplies and computer hardware to office furniture and transport vehicles. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
