Description / Scope of Work
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) invites sealed bids and tenders from GST and Income Tax registered manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, or general order suppliers for the procurement of various goods for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is organized into four distinct lots: Stationery Items for Examinations (Lot-01), Stationery Items for the Main Store (Lot-02), General Items for the Main Store (Lot-03), and Tyres for the Estate Care Division (Lot-04). The procurement includes a wide range of office and examination supplies, janitorial and general utility items, and heavy-duty tyres for university vehicles. Bidding is conducted on a Free on Rail (FOR) basis at the university's main store. Interested bidders must provide a 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each respective lot. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications, terms, and conditions are available on the IUB and PPRA Punjab websites. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Treasurer by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
