Description / Scope of Work
The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the repair and maintenance of its machinery and fleet of vehicles for the current financial year. This procurement covers a wide range of technical services, including the overhaul, routine maintenance, and replacement of spare parts for heavy machinery, waste management vehicles, and official transport. Interested workshops, firms, and authorized service providers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, and must be listed on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors are expected to demonstrate prior experience in maintaining large-scale public sector fleets and must provide proof of technical competence and financial stability. Detailed bidding documents, including specific technical requirements and terms of service, can be obtained from the MCL office during working hours. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed format along with the required bid security by 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and participating bidders.
