The Consulate General of Pakistan in Houston, Federal Government invites sealed bids from professional exhibition booth construction companies to design and manage the Pakistan Pavilion at the World Health Expo (WHX) 2026. This prestigious international event is scheduled to take place from 17 June to 19 June 2026 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida, USA. The project involves providing comprehensive services for approximately 15 participating Pakistani companies, including stall construction, furniture provision, lighting, and branding consistent with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) guidelines. Eligible bidders must demonstrate extensive experience in managing large-scale international exhibitions and possess the logistical capacity to operate within the United States. The selection process will focus on technical expertise, creative design proposals, and cost-effectiveness. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the bidding documents to the Trade Wing in Houston. All submissions must be received by the established deadline to be considered for this high-profile commercial diplomacy project aimed at showcasing Pakistan's healthcare sector products.
