The Dawood University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from experienced event management firms and service providers for the arrangement of a comprehensive student farewell event for approximately 1200 persons. This government tender, with an estimated cost of 5.5 million Rupees, encompasses a wide range of services including complete food and catering arrangements, professional decoration setup including venue provision, and full event videography and photography with live coverage. Additionally, the scope includes providing a musical band performance with advanced sound systems and SMD screen installations. The procurement process is conducted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the SPP Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in organizing large-scale university events and provide proof of registration with relevant tax authorities. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the public opening of bids scheduled shortly thereafter. The university maintains the right to adjust quantities based on requirements, and a tentative event date is set for June 2026.
