Description / Scope of Work
The Sargodha Forest Division of the Punjab Forest Department in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed bids for a significant environmental project involving afforestation along linear plantations. This government tender, identified as Lot No. 7/SGD/2025-26, specifically targets first-year new work for afforestation along linear rail sides covering an average area of 120 kilometers. The project carries an estimated total value of 36.3 million Rupees. Eligible contractors and firms must provide a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total amount, totaling 1.816 million Rupees. Participation requires valid registration with tax authorities, including the submission of the last three years of income tax returns, audited financial statements, and professional company profiles. Interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals, including signed and stamped affidavits on non-judicial stamp paper, to the Office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests.
