Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the complete dismantling of 123 confiscated tampered vehicles, including 115 cars and jeeps, 06 Mazda dumper trucks, and 02 motorcycles. These vehicles are currently located at Customs State Warehouses in Lahore, Gujranwala, and Sialkot. The scope of work requires the successful bidder to separate all major parts such as doors, dashboards, wheels, lights, radiators, and engines, ensuring engines are extracted in their original condition. Additionally, chassis frames and stickers must be cut into parts according to department samples, and vehicle bodies must be cut into at least four pieces. Eligible firms must be registered on the EPADS V2.0 portal and fulfill the criteria mentioned in the bidding documents. A security deposit of 5% and a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount are required. The final deadline for submission via the EPADS system is 20 May 2026, with the public opening of bids scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day at the Custom House in Lahore.
