Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Director Wildlife Sargodha Region in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply of various feed and dietary items for wildlife maintained at the Wildlife Park and Zoo within the region. The procurement scope includes a diverse range of items such as fresh meat, green fodder, grains, fruits, and specialized nutritional supplements required for the health and maintenance of animals for the financial year 2025-26. Interested suppliers, contractors, or firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents detailing the specific quantities, technical specifications, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Wildlife during working hours. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee as specified in the tender documents. Completed technical and financial proposals must reach the designated office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened publicly on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
