Description / Scope of Work
UNHCR Pakistan invites Request for Proposals (RFP) for the establishment of an 8-month service frame agreement for information integrity consultancy. The project is divided into three specialized lots: Lot 1 focuses on Mapping and Monitoring, Lot 2 involves Narrative Analysis and Testing, and Lot 3 covers National Workshop and Action Planning. This procurement is managed through UNHCR’s Cloud ERP system (Negotiation #2793). Bidders must provide technical and financial offers in accordance with the specified scoring methodology and UN General Terms and Conditions. The consultancy aims to enhance information integrity and narrative management for refugee-related initiatives in Pakistan. All submissions must be completed electronically via the Cloud ERP portal by 23:59 hrs PST on 26 May 2026.
