Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt) Limited (PRAL), a subsidiary of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), invites national competitive bids under Tender No. P-13/2026 to build and operate a Central Control Unit (CCU) for digital interventions. This strategic project follows a Two-Stage bidding procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The first stage involves the submission of technical proposals without prices to define the scope and technical specifications for a robust digital monitoring and control infrastructure. The second stage will involve the submission of revised technical and financial bids. Eligible bidders must be reputable IT and infrastructure firms registered with the FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The CCU is expected to streamline digital data management and operational monitoring. Interested parties must submit their initial technical proposals through the EPADS portal by 22 May 2026, with the opening of bids scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at the PRAL Head Office in Islamabad.
