Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from well-reputed registered firms for the procurement of stationery, janitorial supplies, and general store items. This tender is part of the university's routine operational requirements for its various departments and administration offices located at the main campus. Interested suppliers must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and should be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of NUST along with their technical and financial proposals. Detailed bidding documents containing the full scope of work, technical specifications, and terms and conditions can be collected from the procurement directorate upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All completed bids must be submitted according to the instructions in the tender document no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official opening of tenders scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same business day.
