Services Hospital Lahore, under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of comprehensive security services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be legally registered entities with an active National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration. Mandatory requirements include valid registrations with EOBI and PESSI/IESSI, and a valid license issued by the Home Department, Government of the Punjab, as a Security Service Provider. Bidders must also hold a valid PTA license for operating Walkie Talkie systems.
