The Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology (CPEIC) in Wazirabad, under the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of security services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be legally registered entities with an active National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration. Mandatory requirements include valid registrations with EOBI and PESSI/IESSI, a valid license from the Home Department, Government of the Punjab, and a PTA license for operating Walkie Talkie systems. The scope of work includes providing trained security personnel to ensure the safety of the hospital premises, staff, and patients. Bidders must provide an undertaking to ensure personnel receive the minimum wage notified by the Punjab Government.
