Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 100 Body Worn Cameras (BWCs). The tender includes docking stations, backend storage/evidence management solutions, extra batteries, accessories, and all necessary software and licenses. This procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure and must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost. The technical requirements include specific hardware and software integrations for evidence management. All electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at the PHC Head Office in Lahore.
