Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms for the procurement of high-quality IT equipment and related hardware. This government tender aims to modernize digital infrastructure and includes the supply of laptops, desktop computers, servers, and networking components to support various departmental initiatives. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents containing complete technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms of reference can be obtained from the department's office during official working hours upon payment of the prescribed fee. A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory for all participants. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. All completed documents must reach the procurement office no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same date.
