Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of various electronic and surveillance equipment. The tender is organized into multiple lots, covering electronic items, CCTV cameras with necessary accessories, and an integrated video conferencing system. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be tax-registered with the FBR (NTN and STRN) for at least three years and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Requirements include the submission of a 5% bid security of the estimated price for each applied lot. Bidders must also provide evidence of similar past projects through work orders or contracts and submit audited financial statements for the last three years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 May 2026. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in hard form to the PSPA office in Lahore by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids at 11:30 AM on the same day.
