Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Lodhran, acting as Chairman of the Procurement Committee, invites e-bids for the procurement of I.T. Equipment and Machinery items for the Financial Year 2025-2026. Reputed firms, manufacturers, distributors, and dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments are eligible to participate. The bidding process is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The scope of procurement includes various technological and office machinery assets necessary for judicial operations. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. The technical and financial opening of bids is scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the Sessions Courts, District Lodhran.
