Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Khushab, invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms for the procurement of various items for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is divided into several lots, including Uniforms, Stationery (White and Yellow Paper Rims), Machinery (Photostat Machines), and I.T. Equipment (CCTV Cameras with Audio, Computer Systems, and Printers). This procurement process is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost is required for each lot. Detailed specifications for each item, including paper quality, machine features, and hardware requirements, are provided in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening of bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
