Description / Scope of Work
Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites electronic bids for the disposal of various scrap materials located at 11 small power houses, including sites at Awaran, Dureji, Mashkay, Kalmat, Jiwani, Panwan, Ormara, Pasni, Washuk, Naukundi, and Dalbandin. The tender, identified as GEN-DISPOSAL-02/2025-2026, features three distinct lots covering items such as 400kW and 200kW Cummins DG sets, electrical scrap (synchronizing panels and boards), copper scrap, used lube oil, and underground HSD tanks. The reserve price for the procurement is set at PKR 11,987,842. Eligible participants including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and companies must be registered with NADRA (CNIC) and FBR (NTN/GSTN). Bidders must provide an undertaking that they are not blacklisted and agree to an Integrity Pact. Successful bidders are required to lift the material within a specified period or face a 1% daily levy. Bids must be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026.
