Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Lahore, invites tenders for various highway schemes through the PPRA E-Tendering System. Participating engineering firms and contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the 2025-26 financial year in the relevant categories. All bidders are required to register on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal (EPADS). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (DNIT Amount) must be uploaded as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and the original CDR must be submitted to the Executive Engineer's office thirty minutes prior to the bid opening. Procurement follows the Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must ensure all documentation is submitted through the official electronic portal within the designated response time.
