Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Court Thatta in Thatta, Sindh invites sealed (electronically encrypted) bids for the installation of an E-Library at the Civil Court, Taluka Ghorabhari. This procurement, falling under the financial year 2025-26, is conducted via the SPPRA E-Procurement (EPAD) system following a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The project involves the supply and setup of high-specification IT equipment including Core i7 13th Generation laptops, HP LaserJet printers, networking devices, and ergonomic office furniture. The scope also encompasses a one-year subscription to legal research sites such as Pakistanlawsite and PLJ Online. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and provide a bid security of 30,000 Rupees. A non-refundable tender fee of 1,000 Rupees is required. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPAD system by 11:00 AM on 05 May 2026, with the physical bid security delivered to the office of the Senior Civil Judge, Thatta, before the deadline.
