Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD) of AJ&K invites sealed bids for the 'Construction/Retrofitting of Bridges' project in District Kotli. This procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C3 and above with specialization code CE02. Bidders must also be active on the FBR or AJK CBD Taxpayer Lists. A bid security of PKR 3.047 million is required. Bidding documents can be obtained until 14 May 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Technical bids will be opened on 15 May 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders are encouraged to conduct a thorough site visit before submission. The contract will be awarded on a percentage basis (above/below par) as per the Engineering Estimate.
