Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Kohat, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of uniform items and related articles for Process Serving Staff and other designated personnel for the financial year 2025-26. This government procurement includes the supply of official uniforms, shoes, and relevant accessories as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Interested suppliers and authorized dealers who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to apply. Bidders must submit their proposals along with a bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Technical and financial bids prepared in accordance with the KPPRA Rules must be submitted to the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) at the District Courts Kohat. All completed tender documents must be received no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders.
