Description / Scope of Work
The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA) invites electronic bids for various highway infrastructure projects, including the rehabilitation of the Batkhela Totakan Qulangy section in District Malakand and the design and construction of a link road from Lakki to Hakla. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27. Technical requirements include financial soundness, personnel capabilities, and specific equipment. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 May 2026 at 11:00 AM in Peshawar for scheme clarifications. Electronic bids carry a validity period of 120 days, and successful bidders must sign the agreement within 28 days of receiving the acceptance letter. All communications and clarifications must be handled through the EPAD System.
