Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of office and computer stationery for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement is divided into two lots: Lot-1 for general office stationery and Lot-2 for computer-specific stationery items. Reputable firms, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and appearing on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List, are eligible to participate. Bidders must also provide a valid Professional Tax Certificate for 2025-2026. The bidding process will be conducted electronically via the Punjab PPRA e-tendering system (EPADS). Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening of bids scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day at the sessions court premises
