Description / Scope of Work
The Mardan Medical Complex (MMC), a Medical Teaching Institution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of janitorial services specifically for the ground floor of the hospital building. This procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding framework using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Professional service providers must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, as well as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and must be listed on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List. Detailed Bid Solicitation Documents, including evaluation criteria and specific terms, are available for download via the EPADS portal. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 May 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Administration Block to address prospective bidders' queries. Interested firms must submit a bid security of one million Rupees in the form of a CDR, DD, or Pay Order. All bids must be uploaded electronically through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026, with technical proposals set for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual, courier, or faxed submissions will not be accepted.
