Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement of Mobile Echocardiography Machines on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This project supports the establishment of 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospitals and Nursing Colleges in the districts of Layyah, Attock, and Bahawalnagar. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Key evaluation criteria include the availability of qualified technical staff (Engineers and Diploma Engineers with 3-5 years of specialized experience) and specific manufacturer training.
