The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Cardiotocography (CTG) Machines on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This procurement supports major healthcare projects including 200-bedded Mother and Child Hospitals and Nursing Colleges in Layyah, Attock, and Bahawalnagar, as well as the reconstruction of Lady Willingdon Hospital in Lahore. The bidding follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Evaluation criteria focus on technical competence, requiring engineers and technicians with 2-5 years of specific experience in maintaining CTG equipment.
