Gujranwala Teaching Hospital invites electronic bids via the EPADS portal for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes three main categories: Medicines and Biologicals, Medical Devices (Surgical & Disposable items), and specialized Medical Devices (PDS). Bidding is open to manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers. Bidders must submit company profiles highlighting technical, financial, and managerial capabilities, along with past performance. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost is required. Samples for all quoted items must be provided to the Central Pharmacy within 7 working days of the technical bid opening. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 23 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a 5% performance guarantee.
