Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division-II Peshawar in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the Annual Maintenance and Repair of existing Water Supply Schemes within the PHE Sub Division Pishtakhara for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes both Civil Works (Serial No. 1) and Electrical/Mechanical Works (Serial No. 2). The bidding process is conducted through the EPADS platform following a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, with specific specialization codes including CE-09 and CE-10. Additionally, contractors must be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and the Provincial Enlistment Committee. For electrical/mechanical works, a valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) and proof of a local workshop in Peshawar are required. A bid security of 2 percent of the engineer's estimated cost must be submitted. Electronic bids must be uploaded via EPADS by 11:00 AM on May 21, 2026, and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
