Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering and Building Division Skardu in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from eligible constructors and joint ventures for the supply of water through boring in twelve different locations across Skardu. This infrastructure project, under the Communication and Works Department, has an estimated cost of 116.738 million and a designated completion period of two years. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with GB PPRA Rules 2022. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above, with specialization codes CE-09 and EE-11(iii). A bid security of 3 percent, amounting to 3.500 million, is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during office hours. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026, at the SE C&W Department office Skardu. Technical bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on May 25, 2026, and will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. All bids must comply with the latest government notifications regarding performance security for bids quoted below the technical sanction cost.
