Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable and experienced service providers for the provision of general services and routine maintenance at its headquarters and research facilities. The scope of work includes the supply of stationary items, maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC repair services, and the provision of janitorial supplies. This procurement process is designed to ensure the smooth operation of PARC's administrative and scientific infrastructure in the federal capital. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Detailed bidding documents containing the specific quantities, technical specifications, and terms of contract can be collected from the Directorate of Procurement at PARC headquarters during official working hours. Technical and financial bids must be prepared in accordance with the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. All completed tenders must be submitted to the designated office in Islamabad no later than 10:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
