The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a Framework Contract for the Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing. This procurement is being managed by the Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit and is estimated to cost approximately 55.00 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and registration authorities and are required to provide a bid security of 2.75 million Rupees, which represents five percent of the total estimate. The procurement process will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules. All submissions must be made electronically through the EPADS system, though a hard copy of the financial instrument for bid security must also be submitted to the Project Director. This framework contract will cover requirements for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
