The Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal in Lahore, Federal Government invites sealed e-bids for the annual procurement of seasonal clothing and footwear for residents of various Pakistan Sweet Homes. This tender, issued by an ISO 9001:2015 certified public sector organization, is divided into three primary lots: summer clothing with a bid security of 400,000 Rupees, winter clothing with a bid security of 400,000 Rupees, and footwear with a bid security of 200,000 Rupees. Registered manufacturers and general order suppliers must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. Hard copies of the bid security must be submitted to the Regional Office in Lahore by 10:30 AM on 28 May 2026. The technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Successful bidders will be responsible for the supply and transportation of items to various districts managed under the Lahore Regional Office for the duration of one year. All processes will strictly adhere to PPRA rules and regulations.
