Description / Scope of Work
The Chitral Irrigation Division in Chitral, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of high-efficiency solar pumping systems and associated civil construction works. This project is part of the provincial government's initiative to modernize irrigation systems in remote mountainous regions. The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of solar-powered water lifting systems along with the construction of storage tanks and distribution channels. Eligible contractors must be active taxpayers and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current year. A bid security amounting to two percent of the total estimated cost must be attached to the bid documents. Bidding forms and technical specifications can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, Chitral Irrigation Division, during working hours. All bids must be submitted by 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, and will be publicly opened at 12:00 PM on the same date to ensure transparency in the procurement process.
