Description / Scope of Work
The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) in Topi, KPK invites sealed proposals from reputable consultancy firms for the hiring of consultancy services. This significant project involves the design and construction supervision of a new academic block and a dedicated student hostel at the GIKI campus. The scope of work includes architectural design, structural engineering, MEP planning, and detailed construction monitoring to ensure high-quality standards. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) and possess extensive experience in designing educational and residential infrastructure. Interested consultants are required to submit a comprehensive technical and financial proposal outlining their methodology and previous project history. The bidding documents can be obtained from the Institute's procurement office during regular business hours. Completed proposals must be submitted to the GIKI procurement department no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids occurring shortly thereafter on the same day.
