Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a robust solar power system for its operational facilities. This project is aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and promoting sustainable power solutions within the company's infrastructure. The scope of work includes the procurement of high-efficiency solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and complete electrical integration with existing power grids. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms with a proven track record in the renewable energy sector and must be registered with the relevant tax and engineering authorities in Pakistan. Detailed technical specifications, bill of quantities, and evaluation criteria are provided in the comprehensive bidding documents available through the PPL e-procurement portal. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically in accordance with the specified guidelines. All completed submissions must be uploaded via the portal no later than 15:00 Hours on 26 May 2026, with the bid opening process to follow as per the company's internal procurement regulations.
