Description / Scope of Work
The Sheikh Zayed Medical College and Hospital in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of various essential items for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope of work includes the supply of medical gases, laundry services, canteen and cafeteria operations, and the purchase of stationary and printed materials. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and provide a bid security as specified in the tender documents for each respective category. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes under the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. All bids must be delivered to the administration block no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, where they will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
