Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Khanpur in Khanpur, KPK invites sealed tenders for various developmental works under the Beautification Project 2025-26. The scope of work is divided into four distinct packages: the construction of a Ladies and Children Park at Kot Najibullah and Hattar; drainage, road shoulders, and culverts at Khanpur Township; road construction at Qureshiabad near Khanpur Dam; and the development of a Food Street in Khanpur. The total estimated cost for these projects exceeds 100 million Rupees. Interested contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board and KPPRA for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit electronic bids via the EPADS portal, followed by hard copies sent through registered mail or postal service no later than 12:30 PM on 02 June 2026. A minimum of five years of experience in relevant park development or building works is mandatory for specific packages. All bids must include a 2% bid security based on the engineer's estimate, with additional securities required for bids quoted more than 10% below the estimate.
