Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the prequalification of competent contractors and engineering firms for upcoming mega-projects and routine infrastructure works. The scope includes the construction of flyovers, underpasses, road remodeling, and specialized horticultural landscaping across various LDA schemes and controlled areas. This prequalification process is intended to maintain a panel of high-quality service providers capable of executing complex urban development tasks. Applicants must provide comprehensive documentation including financial stability certificates, lists of heavy machinery owned, and a verified track record of completing similar projects valued over 500 million Rupees. Evaluation will be conducted based on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority guidelines for prequalification. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above. Detailed prequalification documents are available on the LDA website and the EPADS portal. Applications must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 2:00 PM on 30 May 2026.
