Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Religious Affairs and Auqaf in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from authorized dealers and firms for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and office equipment. This tender is issued under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and covers the purchase of essential items including executive chairs, office tables, visitor chairs, cupboards, and various IT equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security amounting to 5% of the total bid value must be attached in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and quantities can be obtained from the Directorate's office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, and the bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of participating representatives.
