The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Gujrat, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for an annual framework contract to supply and maintain various items for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope of this procurement is divided into multiple lots, including IT equipment, machinery, office and computer stationery, printing and publications, and general store items. Additionally, the tender covers services for the repair and maintenance of office furniture. This contract is intended to streamline the procurement process for the district judiciary. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered with the FBR and PRA and maintain active status on the respective tax lists. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System following the prescribed PPRA rules. Detailed specifications for each lot are provided in the standard bidding documents. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 09:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 10:00 AM on the same day.
