Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department of the Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids for an extensive procurement project for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope includes multiple lots covering office stationery, printing and publication services, computer stationery, plant and machinery, and specialized hardware and IT equipment such as servers and network switches. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must participate through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted with the bid. The items must be supplied within 15 days after the issuance of a job order. Interested firms can apply for single or multiple lots. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by the specified deadline on 21 May 2026.
