Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee in Kotli Sattian, Punjab invites sealed tenders from eligible and registered contractors or firms for the execution of various development works and procurement of essential items for the current financial year. The scope of work involves infrastructure maintenance and the supply of materials required for municipal operations within the jurisdiction of Kotli Sattian. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) where applicable and must be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority. Detailed bidding documents, which include technical specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions, are available for collection from the office of the Municipal Committee during official working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Each bid must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of a CDR. The procurement process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) and will be conducted under the single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. All completed proposals must be submitted to the office no later than 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026.
