Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Khushab, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various goods and equipment for the current fiscal year. The tender is divided into several lots, including staff uniforms, white and yellow paper rims, photostat machines, CCTV cameras with audio sets, and computer systems. This procurement is intended to upgrade the office infrastructure and provide necessary supplies for judicial operations. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and must be active on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost for each lot is required in the form of a CDR. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
