Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed technical and financial bids for the procurement of various technical store items and specialized naval equipment. This tender process is aimed at supporting the operational requirements of the Pakistan Navy through the acquisition of high-quality hardware and technical components. The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, and inspection of items as per the detailed technical specifications provided in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with an active taxpayer status. The bidding process follows a three-envelope system, requiring a technical offer in duplicate and a separate financial offer. Interested firms must submit a bank challan as proof of tender fee and provide a principal authorization letter where applicable. All completed bids must be delivered to the Directorate of Procurement at the Naval Residential Complex in Sector E-8, Islamabad, no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the opening session scheduled for the same day.
