Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Kohat, KPK invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for a comprehensive procurement package for the financial year 2025-26. The tender is divided into six distinct lots including stationery, hardware, I.T equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and transport. The procurement processes involve both single-stage single-envelope and single-stage two-envelope methods depending on the lot complexity. All bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders are required to be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide samples for quality verification upon request. Successful vendors will be responsible for delivering brand-new, defect-free items with specified warranties. Technical and financial proposals must be electronically submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, where they will be opened and evaluated based on quality and cost-based selection criteria.
