The District Disaster Management Authority in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of firms, companies, and general order suppliers for Flood Relief Arrangements 2026. This government initiative, led by the Deputy Commissioner as Chairman of DDMA, seeks to establish a roster of qualified vendors for the monsoon and flood season. The scope of procurement includes a wide range of standardized relief goods and equipment, such as tents, generators, food hampers, cooked food, drinking water, mosquito nets, life jackets, and 4x4 vehicles for transportation. The total estimated cost of these relief operations is 40 million Rupees. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 1% of the total cost. Applicants must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Complete pre-qualification documents must be uploaded through the e-PADS system. All submissions must be completed electronically no later than 1:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with the opening process to follow as per provincial procurement rules.
